In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean principles to reduce waste, shorten lead times, and enhance production efficiency and quality.
Optimize Inventory: Maintain work-in-progress (WIP) levels that keep production flowing smoothly and reliably.
Deliver With Excellence: Align production output to the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to consistently meet or exceed delivery goals.
Resolve Challenges Quickly: Partner with teams to resolve late orders and keep production on track.
Champion Safety: Foster a safety-first culture that creates a healthy, secure workplace for everyone.
Sustain 5S Excellence: Maintain clean, organized, and efficient assembly areas by promoting strong 5S practices.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial disciplines.
- Experience: 3–5 years in mass production or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire, guide, and support production teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
