Role Description

This is a contract position for a Project Services Manager in a hybrid role based in Miri, allowing for a combination of on-site and remote work. The Project Services Manager will oversee and coordinate project execution to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Key responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, monitoring project progress, managing client relationships, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and team members to resolve challenges and optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Project Management, including planning, resource management, and risk assessment
  • Familiarity with Engineering Design & Drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Aveva Unified Engineering, SmartPlant, or other 3D applications
  • Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry and related engineering concepts
  • Experience in managing Professional & Technical Manpower and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in analytical and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (equivalent experience also considered)
  • Prior experience in similar roles, particularly within the engineering or oil and gas sector
