Job Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) for internal users.
  • Partner with finance and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into system enhancements, working with internal and external vendors where needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day Business Central support, providing Level 1 troubleshooting and escalating issues when required.
  • Manage user access and system administration, including account setup, changes, and documentation.
  • Maintain clear system documentation, process flows, and user guides to support consistent usage.
  • Support user training and adoption by communicating system updates, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Participate in business process improvement and automation initiatives, including projects beyond Business Central.
  • Continuously build knowledge of Business Central functionality, internal business processes, and related systems.
Job Requirements
  • Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems.
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Understanding of basic business processes, especially finance or operations.
  • Comfortable supporting users and resolving system-related issues.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
