KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Coordination & Dispatching
- Coordinate daily job assignments for technicians.
- Schedule site visits, job pick-ups/deliveries, and service appointments.
- Communicate updates to customers regarding job status, timelines, and completion progress
Emergency Standby Support (Core Requirement)
- Be on standby outside normal working hours (nights/weekends/public holidays) to:
- Answer customer breakdown calls/messages.
- Arrange emergency service dispatch.
Customer Support & Communication
- Handle enquiries from maintenance departments, procurement teams, and factory engineers.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper service logs, job tracking, customer history, and case progress
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience in service coordination, customer service, scheduling, or sales support, preferably industrial/technical.
- MUST be willing to support emergencies after working hours & weekends (rotational standby).
- Strong multitasking and prioritization under time pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with engineering and factory personnel.
- High discipline, accountability, and urgency mindset.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Able to document and follow up professionally and accurately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM3,600.00 per month
