Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach new potential clients through social media, calls, messages, and appointments.
  • Present and explain company products/programs in a confident and persuasive manner.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage advertising across platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram, and others.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials such as videos, posters, and captions.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, with basic English proficiency.
  • Well-groomed appearance and confident when dealing with clients.
  • Own transportation is an added advantage.
