About This role

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Engineer Assistant with a passion for engineering to ensure exceptional customer service. This position requires the candidate to be fluent in Mandarin and English and be able to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries via email and online platforms, providing technical support for electronics/mechanical products and managing end-to-end order processes.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely order delivery and resolve urgent issues.
  3. Maintain client relationships, address post-sales complaints, and gather customer feedback to optimize service workflows.
  4. Support team goals and adapt to day/night shifts.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Minimum qualification of Diploma (Candidates without relevant work experience need to have education background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics). Knowledge about PCB or SMT would be a plus.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to solve problems and work effectively within a team.
  3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  4. Fast learning ability, and passion for electronics/mechanical industries (preferred).
