Join INNOBOOSTER by JLCPCB as an Engineer Assistant (Client Success), where you will support global customers on PCB/PCBA-related inquiries, coordinate closely with our engineering and production teams, and ensure smooth project progress.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, communication, and working in a fast-growing tech manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do?
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal engineering/production teams.
  • Respond to inquiries through phone, chat, or email, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Coordinate project details, order status, and technical clarifications with China HQ.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical or operational issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring smooth workflow and traceability.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience through proactive follow-up and solution coordination.
  • Continuously explore process improvements to enhance workflow and service quality.

What We Are Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in any field (engineering background is a plus, but not required).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin Management Team) + English
  • Malay, Cantonese or other languages is an added advantage.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with good follow-up habits.
  • Experience in customer handling or technical support is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
