About the Role

Join our dynamic and fast-paced team where you will engage directly with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) such as influencers, content creators, and YouTubers. If you enjoy speaking to people, building relationships, and being part of the creator ecosystem — this role is perfect for you

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: RM 2,800/month (EPF, SOCSO)
  • KPI Incentive: RM 300
  • Mobile Phone Allowance: RM 50

Key Responsibilities

Daily Outreach

  • Reach out to potential KOLs via daily cold calls to introduce company-led programs and invite them to participate.

Smooth Onboarding

  • Guide new KOLs through the entire sign-up process, enable their livestream functions, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Re-engagement

  • Reconnect with inactive KOLs, rebuild relationships, and highlight new program benefits and opportunities.

Reactivation Support

  • Assist returning KOLs with registration forms, livestream scheduling, and ensuring all required information (e.g., stream links) is in place.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Telemarketing experience is an added advantage
  • Good command of English; Mandarin & Bahasa proficiency is a strong plus
  • Independent, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable dealing with external partners and front-facing roles
  • Diploma or Degree holders preferred
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
