We are seeking a proactive and hands on **Operations Manager** to lead our company's operations and act as project manager for all our customer deliveries. In this diverse role, you will be responsible for ensuring project requirements, deadlines, and schedules remain on track while also taking charge of the following additional functions:
**Responsibilities**:
**Operations**
- Ensure dealer and reseller compliance with company policies and regulations
- Ensure compliance to internal processes and procedures
- Develop and conduct dealer training programs for product knowledge, sales, and customer service
- Coordinate service and support teams for efficient customer assistance
- Manage inventory for optimal stock levels and implement tracking systems
- Responsible for import/export handling
- Provide sales support for pricing, logistics, and cost optimization
- Follow up of KPIs

**Projects**
- Coordinate internal and vendor resources for project execution
- Ensure timely, within-budget project delivery
- Develop project objectives with stakeholders
- Manage resources and project plans
- Measure project performance and report issues
- Cultivate client and stakeholder relations
- Perform risk management
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Create and manage project documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure quality project deliverables
- Establish effective project communication
- Manage change requests
- Identify new client opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct post-project evaluations
- Screening of customers

**Requirements**:

- Proven project management experience
- Leadership skills to guide teams of varying sizes
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
- Timely project completion ability
- Budget management expertise
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Mandarin language skills are advantageous
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and resilient mindset.
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends.
- Commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility, aligning with our company values and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant education in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Management, International Trade and Commerce
- Product knowledge is advantageous but not required
- Computer literacy, basic understanding of ERP systems and good knowledge of MS Office products
- Previous experience in fishing industry preferred
