We are a company providing Accounting Services and Company Secretarial duties to Corporations. In line with our expansion plan, we are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic person for the following vacancy:

Primary Responsibilities:
· Keep statutory records, resolutions, and corporate documents up-to-date and accurately maintained statutory records under the Companies Act, 2016.
· Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial duties, including preparing and submitting statutory returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) and other statutory bodies.
· Providing administrative support to the Company Secretary of the company.
· Handle any other secretarial tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in a related field (e.g. MAICSA, Business Administration, Law or related field)
· Experienced in company secretary duties
· Member of MAICSA is an added advantage
· Good communication skills in Malay and/or English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
