Job Description

  • Lead, manage, and develop the engineering team by setting clear goals, mentoring members, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company's strategic direction.
  • Oversee day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and reduce manufacturing costs.
  • Drive product and process improvement initiatives to strengthen product quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Continuously refine HVAC and cleanroom products to enhance functionality, competitiveness, and sustainability.
  • Work closely with the sales team and clients to provide effective and timely technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders on design and technical discussions.
  • Take ownership of other responsibilities and projects as assigned to support evolving business and organizational needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing, with proven achievements in product and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop talent.
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented in managing challenges and driving team performance.
  • Able to balance independent work with effective team collaboration.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in HVAC or Cleanroom industry is a strong advantage.
