What you'll be doing ?

  • Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
  • Coordinating and supervising the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project quality and safety standards
  • Identifying and resolving potential issues or risks that may arise during the construction process
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, costs, and performance to stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
  • Collaborating with the design team to provide input and resolve technical challenges
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients, team members, and other project stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the construction industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as a solid understanding of project management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM8,500.00 per month
