About the Company:

Our client is a Hong Kong–listed corporation with an overseas subsidiary located in Kulai, Johor. The company specializes in prefabricated data center solutions and integrated energy systems that span power generation, grid, load, and energy storage. It is also involved in the research, development, and manufacturing of electrical distribution cabinets, power transmission and distribution equipment, electronic components, and new energy products.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end product delivery for data center projects, ensuring completion within the defined budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems to maintain full compliance and achieve zero major safety incidents.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks while acting as the primary liaison among headquarters, on-site project teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional, multicultural teams, navigating geographical and cultural differences to drive effective collaboration and meet project goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience; exposure to multinational or cross-border projects is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of data center power systems, construction practices, and local regulatory requirements; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Highly results-driven, with strong leadership and resilience, and able to accommodate frequent site travel and flexible working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM16,000.00 per month
