About the company:

Our client is a Hong Kong–listed company with an overseas subsidiary in Kulai, Johor. The company focuses on prefabricated data center solutions and integrated energy systems covering power generation, grid, load, and storage. It also specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of electrical distribution cabinets, power transmission and distribution equipment, electronic components, and new energy products.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the product delivery of overseas data center projects, ensuring successful completion within the established budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
  • Establish and strictly implement Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems to ensure full compliance throughout the project and achieve zero major safety incidents.
  • Systematically manage various project risks and act as the key liaison coordinating among the China headquarters, overseas local teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-cultural and cross-functional project teams, overcoming geographical and cultural differences to ensure efficient collaboration and achievement of project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related fields, with at least 3 years of overseas project management experience.
  • Proficient in data center power infrastructure, international construction standards, and local regulations; PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, and contract management, with proficiency in using professional tools for project planning and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination abilities, with English as a working language, capable of effectively managing domestic and international teams and suppliers.
  • Results-oriented, strong leadership and stress management abilities, able to adapt to frequent international travel and flexible working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
