HSE Interns
to support daily operations within the Commercial & Marketing Department and the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Department. These internship roles provide hands-on exposure to real industry practices, documentation, reporting, and coordination activities, offering valuable learning opportunities for students who are eager to gain practical experience and develop professional skills in their respective fields.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Intern
- Assist in preparing commercial documentation, reports, and presentations
- Support tender submissions, proposals, and contract-related documentation
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and market research activities
- Maintain proper filing and records of commercial and marketing documents
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial & Marketing team
HSE Intern
- Assist in implementing and monitoring Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures
- Support preparation and maintenance of HSE documentation, reports, and records
- Assist in conducting safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Help monitor compliance with HSE regulations, standards, and company requirements
- Participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and HSE meetings
- Support incident reporting, investigation documentation, and corrective action tracking
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in a relevant field
- Commercial Intern: Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Management, Economics, or related fields
- HSE Intern: Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong interest in commercial operations or HSE practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
