Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Credit Controller role based in Bandar Klang. The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing debtor accounts and ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing credit control processes, conducting credit assessments, monitoring outstanding debts, negotiating payment terms with clients, and implementing effective debt collection strategies. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records and collaborating with internal teams to foster financial efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Credit Control and Credit Management to monitor and manage financial risks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Debt Collection and Debtors management, with the ability to negotiate and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices critical for managing accounts and executing financial strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or the financial sector is advantageous.
