We are currently looking for a
Digital Specialist
with
e-mail marketing experience (Braze)
to join our team. The working hour of this role is in

.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, test, and deploy Braze campaigns, including
    Canvas workflows
    ,
    push notifications
    ,
    in-app messages
    , and
    email templates
    .
  • Develop and maintain
    reusable Liquid content blocks
    and personalization logic to enhance message relevance.
  • Execute and optimize
    multi-channel campaigns
    across Braze and SFMC, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing goals.
  • Partner with analytics and marketing teams to
    evaluate performance
    and drive continuous improvement through testing and insights.
  • Oversee
    push and in-app messaging operations
    , including scheduling, QA, and reporting.

Preferred:

  • Braze certification
    or experience with advanced Braze features (Canvas Flow, Currents, Content Blocks).

Marketing Automation

  • Gathering the input from the customers, helping them where necessary
  • Creating e-mail newsletters, preparing a list of subscribers for email marketing
  • Uploading and updating email newsletters (via the internal/external software tools)
  • Creating segmentation & campaign flows based on the briefing from the clients

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Vocational / BA / BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Have at least two years of experience in digital services
  • Experienced in HTML/CSS, digital campaign and project execution
  • Keen interest in internet / web and willingness to specialize in digital marketing
  • Strong results oriented and decision making skills
  • Proficient in computer usage; internet / web browsers and MS Office applications
  • In-depth understanding of Digital Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with
    Braze
    and/or
    Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    .
  • Proficiency in
    personalization languages
    (Liquid, AMPscript) and
    HTML/CSS
    for email customization.
