Responsibilities:

  • Manage AR/AP functions.
  • Performing customers order, including processing Invoice, PO and delivery orders.
  • Provide admin operation support.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min SPM holder with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in similar roles.
  • Good working attitude, independent and resourceful.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Mandarin proficiency is advantageous as it is necessary for dealing with Chinese Clients.
  • Work independently.
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
