Job Description

  1. Issue customer Delivery Order (DO) and invoice

  2. To collect and file all production records

  3. Prepare monthly stock and packaging material balance report

  4. Working closely with production regarding production planning

  5. Arrange transportation for finished goods delivery

  6. Issue PO to suppliers to purchase packaging materials

  7. Participating in stock count

  8. Liaise with customers matters related to production

  9. Stock control using AUTOCOUNT Invetory

  10. Compile suppliers PO,DO, Invoices before submitting to account department

Requirement

  1. School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.

  2. At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  3. Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

  4. MUST have knowledge in microsoft Excel
