Working hours: 8am-5pm (Monday - Friday)/ 8am-1pm (Saturday)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, memos, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (both electronic and physical) for easy retrieval.

Communication & Coordination

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Relay messages and provide information promptly to staff, patients, clients, or customers.
  • Communicate regularly with the Manager and/or Director regarding work progress and company issues.

Customer Service

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients/customers regarding inquiries and complaints.
  • Address complaints tactfully by gathering information from both patients and doctors, ensuring fair resolution.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in handling patient/customer concerns.

Data & Records Management

  • Input and manage data in spreadsheets, databases, or other software applications.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in data handling.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in creating and updating marketing materials (presentations, templates, layouts, galleries, etc.).
  • Manage and review social media content and advertisements, including updating functions, uploading galleries, and testing components/functionalities.
  • Support in developing dynamic ads and other promotional activities.

Team Support

  • Provide administrative and marketing assistance to other staff or departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
