As we continue to scale, we're looking for a creative and hands-on Industrial Designer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the design and development of functional, impactful products from the ground up.

What You'll DoProduct Design & Development

  • Design, develop, and prototype innovative consumer or commercial products with a focus on usability, function, and form.
  • Translate concepts into clear sketches, 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings.
  • Work closely with engineers and other departments to ensure feasibility, functionality, and manufacturability.
  • Participate in product research, user testing, and iteration to refine design outcomes.

Collaboration & Ideation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, and marketing to bring ideas from concept to production.
  • Stay updated on design trends, materials, and production technologies to inform and inspire product innovation.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and conceptual development of new product ideas.

Prototyping & Testing

  • Support rapid prototyping using 3D printing, mock-ups, and other tools.
  • Assist in product testing and evaluation to improve performance and user experience.
  • Incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine designs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in product design or development (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome).
  • Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, or equivalent.
  • Skilled in rendering and visualization tools such as KeyShot, Blender, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong aesthetic and user-centered design sense with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple ongoing projects.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing consumer products, home appliances, or lifestyle goods.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication).
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (3D printers, laser cutters, etc.).
  • Passionate about design, innovation, and making meaningful products.
