We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Designer who can seamlessly blend their design expertise with their sales prowess to create bespoke solutions that captivate and convert.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Be a Design Maverick**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and dreams, then translate them into innovative and functional design proposals.
- **Drive Sales Success**: Present compelling design solutions, articulate their value, and skillfully guide clients through the sales process from initial concept to final close.
- **Cultivate Relationships**: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and go-to expert for all their design needs.
- **Collaborate & Innovate**: Work alongside our production and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- **Stay Ahead of the Curve**: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to continuously elevate our offerings.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a sales and design role, preferably within [mention relevant industry, e.g., interior design, kitchen/bath design, custom furniture, etc.].
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and successful projects.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A natural ability to connect with people and understand their vision.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design, Chief Architect, Adobe Creative Suite).
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
