**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all digital marketing (e-commerce) campaign planning and submission.
- Person in charge liaises with the e-commerce account manager/relationship manager.
- Create content for digital marketing in a fast-paced production type of environment and will manage and monitor graphics rendering and artwork creations for E-Commerce.
- To conceptualize, design, and produce visual product images, designing e-commerce platform layout, festive banners, social media platforms, etc.
- Propose creative solutions that are innovative, fresh, and value-added.
- Alert in any changes in the e-commerce platform and fully utilized all marketing solutions provided.
- Forecast and plan for upcoming stock inbound based on the sales and campaign.
- Ensure all product pricing is correct and manage stock level for all submitted and upcoming campaigns.
- Responsible for combining marketing and social media management to enhance the company’s social media presence, interaction with target audiences, promoting the brand’s engaging content, and expanding the opportunities for increasing the revenue.
- Contribute to team management of e-commerce store and social media channels - ensuring marketing campaigns and efforts transform across all digital mediums.
- Attend to any other task-assigned duties by superior and/or head of the department.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma in Digital Marketing, or equivalent, preferably in Marketing/ E-commerce/ Art/ Mass Communication.
- Good with MS excel or other spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Understand the market needs, production, product knowledge, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Able to work independently and as a group in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Require lots of creativity, energy and enthusiasm
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of online marketing and experience in E-Commerce marketplace channels will be a plus.

**Commitment Needed**
- Must be open-minded, willing to learn diverse skill sets to perform the different tasks and grow together with the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
