**Responsibilities**:
**1. Media Buying & Campaign Execution**
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant digital channels.

**2. E-Commerce Ad Strategy**
- Develop and implement paid media strategies tailored to e-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with sales objectives, product launches, and promotional periods.
- Leverage platform-specific tools (e.g., Shopee MyAds, TikTok Ads Manager) to drive high-performing campaigns.

**3. Budget Planning & Management**
- Allocate and monitor ad spend across multiple platforms to ensure efficient use of budgets.
- Track campaign performance against KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.

**4. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting**
- Analyze ad campaign metrics and prepare performance reports to identify key insights and growth opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders or clients.

**5. Collaboration with Creative & E-Commerce Teams**
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and e-commerce operations teams to align ad creatives with product and promotional strategies.
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns with consistent branding and messaging.

**6. Trend Monitoring & Innovation**
- Stay up to date with the latest advertising trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices—especially for TikTok and e-commerce marketplaces like Shopee & Lazada.
- Propose innovative campaign ideas to keep brands competitive in the digital space.
- Optimize ad delivery strategies to maximize ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 2-3 years of marketing ads management and campaign experience, preferably with a background in the e-commerce sector.
- Proven track record in successfully managing monthly ad budgets to drive store growth and performance.
- Proficient experience in TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads Facebook Ads Manager (Meta), Google Ads, and etc.
- Ability to think creatively and good problem-solving skill.
- Strong attention to detail, able to multi-task projects and manage own schedule according to assigned deadlines.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, self-starter and good team player.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
