Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers
  • Design, develop and maintain high-quality, scalable Java-based applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and roadmaps
  • Mentor and coach junior members of the development team
  • Implement best practices in software development and continuously improve engineering processes
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a Java developer, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, and other related technologies
  • Proficient in software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Ability to mentor and coach junior developers
