Responsible to effectively plan, co-ordinate, and manage the network Operation Services including day-to-day BAU task and IT projects related to meet the business objectives that align with the corporate strategy for the company and its subsidiaries.

Job Description

  • To lead IT Network tower in providing effective technology management support to enable Operation Services that adequately meet the agreed of standards documented in the annual renewable SLA with business user.
  • To participle/lead in IT infra relevant projects to meet organization objectives.
  • Attend to IT Infrastructure audit and resolved all related IT Infrastructure network issues.
  • Managed & support on network administration, hardware/software installation, maintenance & new project implementation of LAN/WAN/Internet network infrastructure including network security appliance (Firewall, IPS, WAF & SASE).
  • Responsible on providing resolution of network outage, customer consulting, vendor management, operational delivery, solution design, and network capacity planning.
  • Ensure our STMKB corporate network infrastructure stability by manage and monitor LAN/WAN/Internet, network security, system resources, and performance using network monitoring tools.
  • Attend and solve user new request, incident, and problem related with network management (IR, SR, UCR and etc).
  • Liaise with other tower team, vendor & external parties on any network LAN/WAN/security/Internet troubleshooting, infrastructure support, and problem solving.
  • Ensure documentation, SOP, and guidelines are up-to-date.
  • Ensure STMAB & STMKB's information assets confidentiality, integrity and availability and protected.
  • Ensure periodic backup on network infrastructure equipment configuration, verify backup and recovery procedures from time to time.
  • Commitment to standby during weekend and after office hour for support related matter.

Qualification / Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field in network computing/telecommunication.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT network infrastructure and security.
  • Possesses with professional certification at least CCNA/CCNP will have added advantages.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification would be desired.
