  • Malaysian citizen;
  • Possess Diploma or certificate in Electrical, Electronic or related discipline with good command in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words;
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in network environment, active directory, windows network administration, installation and configuration;
  • Assist in coordinating any upgrading works in Toll Collection System (TCS) and Traffic Control & Surveillance System (TCSS);
  • Monitor the performance of TCS and TCSS;
  • Ensure TCS and TCSS are well maintained;
  • Carry out routine and/or corrective maintenance of TCS, TCSS and office computer systems;
  • Carry out maintenance works in accordance with the established maintenance procedures/schedule;
  • Report immediately to superior on all exceptional incidents at toll plaza;
  • Carry out monthly inventory check and maintain a proper inventory record of all equipment and tolls;
  • Prepare and submit monthly TCS and TCSS maintenance reports to MHA; and
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the Management or the superior from time to time.
