Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Duration: 14 Months Contract

Job Description:

Primary Skills: - Project Manager, Agile Implementation, Finance, Budgeting, Cyber Security Knowledge

Secondary Skills: - Scrum, Experience with Confluence, Jira, Service Now

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Duties:

· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

· Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.

· Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple work streams.

· Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and leadership.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals.

Scrum Master Duties:

· Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

· Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement.

· Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs.

· Track team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).

· Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery and project management.

. Cyber Knowledge is preferred. (Domain – App Security, VM, IAM)

· Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) and PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

· Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management methodologies.

· Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience managing hybrid Agile-Waterfall projects.

· Background in software development, digital transformation, or enterprise IT.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 14 months

Pay: RM10, RM15,000.00 per month
