Job Purpose:

To drive subscription growth and revenue for MYTV Mana-Mana by developing and executing sales strategies, managing partnerships, and optimizing customer acquisition channels through Digital Marketing Platform. The role requires a strong understanding of digital media, consumer behavior, and the Malaysian streaming landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement subscription sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly subscription targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2C and B2B segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align sales campaigns.

Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Monitor and optimize customer acquisition funnels through digital media channel and offline initiatives.
  • Work with analytics teams to improve retention and reduce churn.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.

Partnership Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with telcos, retail partners, and corporate clients.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership deals that drive subscriber growth.
  • Coordinate joint marketing efforts with partners to maximize reach.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track sales performance using dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with content, marketing, and tech teams to ensure cohesive user experience.
  • Provide feedback on pricing models, promotional offers, and user engagement strategies.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales or Digital Marketing preferably in the Streaming Industry

Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Knowledge of the Malaysian media and entertainment market.

  • Passionate about digital content and streaming services.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with subscription-based services or OTT platforms.
  • Well versed with digital marketing and performance metrics.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
