Personal assistant

Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive diary and calendar management, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of your assigned executives
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing follow-up actions from meetings
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodation and itineraries
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports and other documents as required
- Coordinating office supplies and overseeing general administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure
