Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of visual assets for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and sales) to produce design solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  • Maintain and organize design files, ensuring easy access and consistency across projects.
  • Adapt and optimize designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand voice and vision.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
  • Assist with photo editing, typography, and layout adjustments as needed.
  • Create and edit video content and GIFs for social media, marketing campaigns, and web use.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Experience in creating and editing video content and GIFs using video editing tools.
  • Experience with 3D design and modelling software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and respond well to constructive feedback.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums (please include with your application).
  • Great interest in the finance and trading industry.
  • Additional digital marketing skills are advantageous.
