Are you passionate about quality, problem-solving, and making a real impact on product excellence?

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supplier Quality Engineer to strengthen our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of ensuring our suppliers meet the quality standards — helping us deliver top-quality products to customers around the globe.

What You Will Do...

  • Work closely with both standard & fabrication parts suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage supplier qualifications (First Article Inspection) and monitor manufacturing process yields.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing teams to identify supplier process improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct supplier audits and review performance scorecards.
  • Lead supplier quality improvement projects to strengthen quality controls at the source.

What We're Looking For...

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supplier quality or product quality roles.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Solid knowledge of standard and fabrication parts.
  • Strong understanding of the 8D problem-solving methodology and experience managing supplier quality projects.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive supplier quality improvements.
