As a
Marketing Executive
, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing campaigns that not only strengthen our brand presence but also bring in inbound leads. You will manage our company's social media presence, creating both Gen-Z-friendly content for engagement
and
professional content tailored to attract potential clients. Beyond social media, you'll also oversee SEO, ads, and other digital marketing efforts to ensure REFORM stands out in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute
    monthly or quarterly marketing campaigns
    based on company direction to drive inbound leads.
  • Manage and grow the agency's
    social media accounts
    , producing content that resonates with Gen-Z audiences and sparks engagement.
  • Create
    formal, intent-driven content
    to attract clients and showcase our agency's services.
  • Run and optimize
    paid ads campaigns (Meta/Google/LinkedIn)
    to generate high-quality leads.
  • Improve
    SEO performance
    of our company website to increase visibility and inbound traffic.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight case studies, success stories, and client work in creative formats.
  • Track and report performance of campaigns, content, and lead generation activities.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of
    social media trends, especially Gen-Z content
    .
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, able to switch between casual/engaging tone and professional/intent-driven tone.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
