Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM to help manage customer relationships, enhance engagement, and support retention campaigns. You will play a key role in maintaining strong connections with our users through personalized communication and data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute customer communication campaigns via email, live chat, and in-app messages
  • Assist in managing segments and implementing retention strategies
  • Monitor user activity and identify opportunities for engagement and reactivation
  • Provide timely, personalized responses to customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer records and campaign performance reports
Requirements:
  • Strong written communication skills in Mandarin and English (Malay is a plus).

    We require Mandarin proficiency to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in customer service, CRM, or online marketing preferred
  • Good analytical and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools or Excel is an advantage
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
