Are you a results-oriented leader with a strong background in Facilities Management and a sharp business development mindset?

HAPM ERRA is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Facilities Management operations. This is a strategic leadership role with direct accountability for operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business expansion.

Job Description:

1. Oversee and lead all aspects of facilities management operations across multiple sites.

2. Drive business development: secure new clients, expand service offerings, and build lasting relationships.

3. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.

4. Implement process improvements and cost-effective strategies.

5. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing FM team to meet organisational goals.

Requirements:

1. Has 10 to 20 years of solid and progressive experience in Facilities Management, with at least 5 years in a senior management of leadership role.

2. Demonstrate strong business capability and has a proven track record of acquiring new contracts or clients.

3. Possesses hands-on operational experience in FM with sound technical and commercial judgement.

4. Is an effective communicator, strategic thinker, and results-oriented leader.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or other relevant fields/equivalent.

2. Relevant certifications in Facilities Management such as CIDB and NIOSH are required.
