Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage mall rental revenue and financial performance (costs, aging, etc.).
  • Recruit, develop, motivate and retain a high performing team.
  • Provide leadership and direction to mall staff and tenants.
  • Oversee the leasing process and maintain occupancy levels.
  • Analyze mall sales and traffic data to drive incremental revenue and other sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement mall marketing and sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to mall patrons and tenants.
  • Ensure the mall is maintained in a clean, safe and attractive manner (operationally efficient to maintain costings).
  • Ensure that the finance department collection and operations are running smoothly.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mall or commercial property management, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Proven track record in marketing and tenant retention, with the ability to drive footfall and sales.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
