About the Role

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Johor. This position involves supporting daily production activities to ensure smooth operations, high-quality output, and adherence to safety and performance standards.

Working Hours

Day Shift:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (Rest: 60 mins)
  • 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Rest: 30 mins)

Night Shift:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

  • 12:00 AM – 1:00 AM (Rest: 60 mins)
  • 6:00 AM – 6:30 AM (Rest: 30 mins)

Overtime is available according to Malaysian labour law rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machines and equipment according to standard procedures.
  • Ensure product quality meets company specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at workstations.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Support continuous production flow and teamwork among operators.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SPM or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required — training will be provided.
  • Able to work in rotating or fixed shifts (day or night).
  • Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.

Benefits

  • Monthly salary: RM1,700 (basic)
  • Shift allowance for night work (RM3.00 per night)
  • Overtime pay according to Employment Act 1955
  • Annual leave:
  • 8 days (less than 2 years)
  • 12 days (2–5 years)
  • 16 days (5 years and above)
  • Sick leave:
  • 14 days (less than 2 years)
  • 18 days (2–5 years)
  • 22 days (5 years and above)
  • 60 days for hospitalization
  • Medical benefits: Up to RM45 per clinic visit (company panel or government clinic)
  • Public holidays as per Malaysian labour law

Job Type: Full-time
