Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team at Apex Pharmacy Marketing Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of products to pharmacies and other healthcare providers in the Kedah region. This full-time role is an integral part of our sales and marketing strategy, as you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent service and ensuring their needs are met.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory to promote our range of products.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and understanding their needs and delivering customised solutions
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to prospective and current customers
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain accurate sales records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor information and new product developments
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

• Possess at least a Diploma in Pharmacy
• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Possess relevant experience in sales industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales
• A results-driven and ambitious mindset to work independently to achieve personal and team targets
• Strong organisational and excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• A valid driver's license holder
