Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Coordinator position located in Ipoh. The Ecommerce Coordinator will oversee e-commerce operations, manage product listings, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to optimize online performance. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring smooth order processing, and supporting sales initiatives.
