Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) / influencers to drive brand awareness and sales through TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, prepare briefs, and coordinate campaign execution with KOLs.
  • Monitor KOL performance, track ROI, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Support e-commerce sales growth on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms through influencer-driven strategies.
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns (social media ads, content marketing, SEO/SEM) to complement KOL activities.
  • Plan and manage promotional calendars, product launches, and online campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new trends and partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports on sales, campaign impact, and KOL activities.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and sales teams to deliver engaging content and promotions.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with KOLs and partners.
  • Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Proactive, creative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Basic analytical skills to track campaign performance and sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
