Job Description:

  • To focus on affiliate acquisitions and conversions, primarily on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google.
  • To develop social media campaigns and to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to effectively devise, structure and deliver marketing strategies.
  • To plan and to monitor campaigns' spending against the budget allocated.
  • Analyse and report audience information and demographics, as well as the success of the social media projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms that can enhance the acquisition and conversion process.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing and optimizing paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and third-party advertising networks.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or affiliate marketing is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
