We're seeking a Senior Campaign Specialist to lead and optimize our lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels. In this role, you'll analyze data, design engagement strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, plan, monitor, and optimize lifecycle campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Use data tools (e.g., Google Data Studio) to identify trends and uncover actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Drive engagement through A/B testing, market research, and creative campaign development (email and on-site).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, business units (BUs), and management to ensure campaign alignment with business strategy.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Support and mentor junior team members in executing lifecycle activities based on BU needs.
  • Promote a knowledge-sharing culture through clear communication and structured documentation.

QualificationsMust-Haves:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM software, eCommerce marketing, digital marketing, or crypto trading.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Excel).
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing, email marketing, and on-site engagement strategies.
  • Fast learner with a keen grasp of marketing campaign strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
