  • Job Description

  • Assisting the Managers with operational issues

  • Assist in organizing meetings, maintaining and following up maintenance schedules

  • Assist in attending and responding to emails, calls, suggestions, opinions, etc.

  • Promptly answering the questions of staff, tenants, owners and customers

  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors

  • Updating logs, assist in preparing weekly/monthly report, filing forms and other documents

  • Taking inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed

  • Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Managers

  • Perform other operational work when required

  • Job requirements:

  • Well organized with strong attention to detail

  • Good time-management skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Office

  • Team player with a pleasant personality

  • A willingness to learn

** Experience or knowledge with property maintenance is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
