Working Location: Senai JB
Company Background: Hardware Company (MNC)
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon Friday)

Job Scopes
- Supervise all companys general administrative functions
- Handles all training-related matters
- Procure and manage office & pantry supplies, sundries, stationery, office equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), etc
- In-charge of office facilities management including operation related maintenance and contracts matters
- Liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices against tasks completed before submitting for timely payment to vendors
- Assist in all aspects of Company's accredited standards' policies and procedures - ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22301, ISO37001 and ISO45001, including but not limited to, updating and provision of information, issuance of applicable reports and providing training.
- Manage companys accreditation programs with regards to maintenance of quality records and ISO management programs
- Handle ISO document control process to ensure documentation is up-to-date Organising / coordinating company events and activities
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma with 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Good working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command in written and spoken English & Mandarin (in order to liaise with the
- English & Mandarin speaking vendors)
- Previous experience in handling ISO preferred
- An organised and pro-active team player who is able to work with minimum supervision
