To oversee the day-to-day Building Maintenance of Menara AFA. Responsible in overseeing the operations, maintenance and administration of Menara AFA and ensures that the building is well-maintained, complies with regulations and meet the needs of tenants or occupants.

Requirements:

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the building, ensuring all systems function properly and coordinating with service providers for repairs, cleaning, and other essential services.
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing and resolving complaints or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and proper management of lease agreements.
  • Prepare and manage the building's budget, including billing, collections, financial reporting, and controlling expenses related to maintenance and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards by conducting regular safety inspections, addressing potential hazards, and implementing building policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Business Management, Engineering or Facilities Management or in any related field.
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in property management, facilities management, or in any related field is required.
  • Experience with managing similar types of buildings (residential, commercial, etc) is advantageous.
  • Understanding of building systems such as, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, electrical, and fire safety.
  • Familiarity with local regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements in Malaysia.
