Key Responsibilities:
Managing full spectrum of HR function in manpower planning, training & development, compensation and benefits, payroll and performance appraisal.
To carry effective HR strategies and action plans on manpower development, recruitment and retention.
Review, maintain and implement HR policies/ procedures to ensure compliances with company guidelines and the local regulatory requirement.
Develop and implement all in house and external training programs.
Coordinate with departmental head on the employee performance, training arrangement and disciplinary action taken.
Present the monthly, quarterly and yearly HR report as required by management.
To handle new employee orientation and exit interview survey.
Process monthly payroll and statutory contribution.
To coordinate with agent in sourcing foreign workers and handling other related matter such as accommodation, permit renewal, employee welfare and disciplinary issue.
Responsibility for office administration matters and employee relation issue like grievance handling and counseling.
To coordinate on part of ISO 13485 and social field audit requirement which related to HR division.
Develop, improve and maintain departmental procedure as per ISO requirement.
Monitors subordinates on performance, compliance with procedures and workload.
Provide guidance to subordinate on handling a special task/duty assigned more comprehensive and conformity with the company's policy.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry or related work field.
Knowledge in Malaysia Labor Law and other related legislation. Knowledge in Social audit and ESG related experience is highly appreciated.
Good in written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skill.
Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
Strong drive and initiative.
Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English, ability to converse in Mandarin is preferred.
