Job Responsibilities

  • Manage device enrollment, configuration, and lifecycle across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
  • Implement and monitor security, compliance, and application/patch deployment for all managed devices.
  • Maintain device inventory, reporting, and compliance dashboards.
  • Perform bi-weekly privileged access reviews and security log analysis.
  • Respond to Azure AD security alerts and maintain RBAC controls.
  • Manage certificate renewals and other tenant-level security requirements.
  • Provide operational support for user issues (account resets, mailboxes, MFA, Teams, Intune).
  • Coordinate escalations and work with Microsoft support to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and deliver user training on M365 and Intune best practices.
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 tenant operations, including identity lifecycle, licenses, groups, and compliance policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration and Intune device management.
  • Knowledge of Azure AD security, RBAC, and compliance policies.
  • Familiarity with DLP, retention policies, and eDiscovery.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across multiple levels (L2–L3).
  • Possess certificate: MS-102- Microsoft 365 Administrator, SC-300- Identity and access administrator associate, MD-102 :Endpoint Administrator Associate, AZ-104-Azure Administrator
