Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with hands-on experience in SD-WAN technologies and network security platforms. The ideal candidate has practical exposure to Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, Palo Alto solutions, and strong foundational network knowledge. This role involves supporting network operations, implementing configurations, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring stable and secure connectivity across the enterprise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, configure, and maintain Cisco Viptela SD-WAN (vManage, vSmart, vBond) including SD-WAN templates, policy configuration, and deployment.
  • Support, operate, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls, Prisma Access, and Panorama for centralized security management.

  • Perform network operations tasks including:

  • Switch and router configuration

  • ACL creation and review
  • Network monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Performance tuning and incident resolution
  • Assist in implementing network enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and security initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.

Qualification Requirements

  • Experience with Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, including vManage operations, SD-WAN templates, and policy configuration (or equivalent SD-WAN platforms).
  • Experience with Palo Alto networks, including Firewall operations, Prisma Access, and Panorama Portal.
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals: switching, routing, ACLs, IP addressing, VPN, and basic troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise network maintenance and issue resolution.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, PCNSE, or equivalent) are a strong plus.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
