Waiter / Waitress

Location (Opening) : Pavilion Kuala Lumpur & Bukit Jalil, Nu Sentral, Hartamas Shopping mall

Working Days: 6 days per week, 8.5 hours per day

Salary: Up to RM2,000 (Basic RM1800 + Allowances)

We are a well-established café (Western) located in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, dedicated to providing customers with high-quality coffee, food, and service in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and a strong commitment to excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service to customers in a premium café environment.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.
  • Assist in daily operations including setup, clearing tables, and supporting kitchen activities.
  • Ensure all food and beverages are handled safely and served according to company standards.

Requirements:

  • Must possess valid Food Handling Certificate and Typhoid Vaccination.
  • At least 1 year of experience in F&B service or related field preferred.
  • Pleasant, service-oriented, and well-groomed personality.
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
