Driven and enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing teamPassionate about brand building, customer engagement, and learning the ropes of sales and marketing in the fast -paced FMCG sector.Assist in the execution of trade and consumer marketing activities, including promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.Support the sales team in managing key accounts, distributor coordination, and retail engagement.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely insights to the team.Work closely with cross -functional teams (e.g., trade marketing, supply chain) to ensure alignment in product and promotional execution.Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and sales reports.Participate in store visits and fieldwork to understand shopper behavior and product performance.Provide support during events, product sampling, and merchandising activities. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Passionate about the FMCG industry and brand marketing. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Willing to travel for field visits or on -ground marketing activities. - A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
